Barcodes
Adding EZ RF™'s barcode platform to your organization relieves many of the daily stresses of operation: reliable, electronic data entry replaces error-prone paper accounting methods; point-of-transaction processing means you have instantaneous Oracle visibility (both in the office and on the shop floor), instead of waiting hours or days for paperwork to percolate through the system; immediate Oracle validation corrects mistakes directly instead of allowing them to snowball; electronic audit trails and e-signatures provide accountability and facilitate regulatory compliance. EZ RF™'s friendly GUI takes barcode data capture one step farther, by utilizing business-specific workflows to simplify the user interface and aid in user training and adoption. RFID
With the advent of increasingly reliable and accessible RFID technology, we added an RFID module to EZ RF™. RFID offers a new way to store and read data (i.e. "listening" instead of "watching" for events to occur in the warehouse), but the underlying business applications are the same, and the EZ RF™ platform communicates with RFID readers to capture data and perform the same direct Oracle ERP transactions that we originally enabled for barcodes. In fact, barcodes and RFID are very complementary technologies: each has specific strengths and weaknesses, and EZ RF™'s synergistic single-platform model allows our clients to unlock the best of both worlds with a single platform.

Label Generation
EZ RF™ has built-in barcode/RFID label printing capabilities. Unlike our competitors, who rely on your acquisition and integration of third-party print server software (often expensive systems, with high overhead), we provide direct printing from within EZ RF™. We can utilize pre-existing label formats, or help you design new labels for your business. Barcode and RFID labels are generated either automatically within workflows (e.g. a new inventory tag prints when a PO is received against) or at user request (e.g. replacing a torn inventory label).

Offline
Because constant connectivity isn't always possible in the real world, we developed the industry's only fully functional Offline solution. This feature allows users to continue scanning with EZ RF™, even if the network is down or they have to perform work in remote areas (like freezers, yards, on-road or in third-party facilities). When the handheld device is brought back within the network, all transactions are automatically uploaded, validated and processed. Depending on your business, the transition between online and offline modes can be seamless from the user perspective, or it can require authorization. In either case, offline data capture is virtually limitless, and all transactions are time-stamped to ensure data synchronicity.
