Elizabeth Hess founded BullsEye in 1998 with a vision to help customers increase process efficiency and improve bottom line by leveraging technology and providing unmatched customer care. She is responsible for the strategy and overall direction of BullsEye. Since the inception of BullsEye, Elizabeth and her team have gained significant recognition in the market place, and has become a trusted technology partner for many organizations.

Prior to founding BullsEye, Elizabeth was Technology Manager of Kernel System at POMS Corporation. From 2007 to 2010, she served on the Board of Directors of J-REF, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit in Howard County, Maryland. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.

As co-founder of BullsEye, Johnny Hess is responsible for the research and feasibility of new products for BullsEye. He has over 20 years of experience in solution evaluation and software development. He architected and led the development of the BullsEye's EZ RF™ product suite and continues to provide leadership in product direction and roadmap.

Prior to co-founding BullsEye, Johnny was a technical lead at POMS Corporation where he led a group of software engineers in the development of Manufacturing Execution Systems for pharmaceutical and food companies. He received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.

As Director of Engineering, Justin Huffman leads the development of Mosaic™, BullsEye’s next-generation mobile supply chain management web application for rugged, hand-held mobile devices, as well as the deployment of BullsEye solutions at customer organizations. Prior to joining BullsEye, as a Senior Innovator at CleverSpeck, Justin developed innovative web based solutions for private equity accounting, compensation, partner communications, and human resources for The Carlyle Group. Prior to CleverSpeck, as Director of Software Development at Honeywell International and later POMS, Justin was responsible for the complete life cycle of all POMS manufacturing execution system products.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.

As Director of Operations, Jeremy Hess is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase BullsEye's efficiency and effectiveness. He also oversees service delivery, manages sales and distribution, and establishes long-term goals and objectives for the organization.

Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
